Wake up, make breakfast at the kitchen island and step out to the deck to jump straight into your own pool. Casa Oasis is a bright, fully furnished two-storey home where everything is ready for you to settle in.

It sits in a private residential community near the center of Jacó, about 1 km from the beach, which you can reach on foot or by car. The community has private security, a shared pool, a gym and a clubhouse.

Booking terms

Rates change with the dates and the season, so we quote each stay individually. Send us your dates and we'll reply with price and availability.

Minimum stay

End of year: 4 nights.

Rest of the year: 2 nights.

How to book

Book with 50% of the total amount.

End of year: the remaining 50% is paid 2 days before arrival. Other dates: the balance is paid on arrival.

What the rate includes

Internet, community fee and weekly maintenance of the private pool.

Water and electricity are billed separately for stays of one or two months or longer, and for long-term rentals.

Pets

1 small dog is allowed with prior approval. Please ask us and send a photo of your dog before booking. A fee of $50 per day applies. Dogs only.

Pool

Please do not bring or use glass objects in the pool area.

No hanging clothes

Do not hang clothes, towels or swimsuits on balcony railings or outdoor furniture.

Rinse off before coming in

After the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower before entering the house to remove the sand.

Respect quiet hours

Keep noise levels low after 11:00 p.m.

No smoking

Smoking is not allowed inside the house. You may smoke only on the terrace and in the garden.

Save energy

Turn off the air conditioning, lights and TVs when you leave the house. If you keep windows open, use the ceiling fans.

Natural ventilation

Enjoy the natural breeze by opening the windows and using the ceiling fans.

Pets

1 small dog is allowed only with prior authorization and a charge of $50 per day.

Trash

Take the trash outside the house to the designated container. Separate it and close the bags.

Keep the house clean

Leave the house in good condition, wash your dishes and leave everything as you found it.

Damages

Any damage to the property will be charged to the guest.

Visitors

For security reasons, visitors are not allowed without prior authorization.

Keys

You are responsible for the keys. A $30 charge applies for lost keys.

Bathroom rules

We want you to have a comfortable and pleasant stay. Please help us take care of the bathroom.

Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. This helps prevent clogs.
Use the trash can for items like feminine products, wipes, cotton pads and tissues.
Save water by taking short showers. Every drop counts.
Keep it clean for the next guest. We appreciate your help!
Do not use towels to remove makeup or clean floors.
Report any issue or damage so we can fix it as soon as possible.

How many people fit?

Up to 6 guests: a queen bed, a double bed and a double sofa bed.

How much does it cost per night?

The price depends on your dates and the season. Message us on WhatsApp with your dates and number of guests and we'll send you a quote.

What is the minimum stay?

4 nights at the end of the year and 2 nights the rest of the year.

How do I reserve and when do I pay?

You reserve with 50% of the total. For end-of-year dates the other 50% is due 2 days before arrival; for other dates it is paid when you arrive at the property.
